Overview

Aside from our different interaction formats during the live event, you may want to contact talents with a message. Learn how to reach out to them with these simple steps.

Instructions

In the top navigation bar, click on the "Talent Profiles" tab.

Step 1 - Go to the talent database

In the Talent data base, you have an overview of all talents who participated in your events.

To find out more about the talent data base and how to work with filters and lists, refer to How to work with the talent database.

To contact a talent, locate their profile and simple open it by clicking on it.

Step 2 - Send a message

Once you have opened their profile, click on "💬 Send Message" in the top right corner. There is no messaging function on Talentspace itself, but by clicking on
"💬 Send Message" you will be able to send them an e-mail.

You can also indicate to your colleagues that you have messaged the talent by ticking the "I have contacted this candidate" box.
