Your landing page is where potential participants can gain insights into the event, and register once the registration flow has been opened. It is also an important part of promoting your event.
Here's how to set it up:
In the "Events" dashboard you will find your event overview. Click on the settings icon of the event you are setting up and select "Manage event." Next, go to the "Landing Page" tab.
Step 1 - Landing page controls
The Landing page controls are where you get to decide upon the content that will be visible on your landing page. You can select all the sections you want to show, such as the schedule, participating companies or event formats by simply toggling "Yes" or "No".
Step 2 - Preview your landing page
Before publishing, you can have a look at the preview. To do so, simply click on "Preview Landing Page" at the top of this section.
Scroll through the landing page preview to see whether everything is set up to your liking.
Step 3 - Publish your landing page
Once you are confident in your current setup you can publish the Landing Page by clicking on the "Publish" button and confirming your selection.
After the landing page was set live, you can choose to also share it on social media or copy the link directly from the landing page, in the top right corner.
