Talentspace provides assistance for all of our platform users.

We are here to support your participating talents and recruiters via the chat function, located in the bottom right corner.

Feel free to encourage your recruiters and talents to contact us for any platform-related questions and technical issues, and to contact you for event-specific questions.

We will be here to support everyone during the live event as well. While talents and recruiters are participating in any of our video formats, they will see a life ring icon located at the bottom of their screen, which will again open up the support chat.

Our typical reply time during a live event is only a few minutes.
