On Talentspace you will be prompted to select your audio and video device so that people can hear and see you during our video formats.

If you are unable to select your AV options, it is probably because you need to give browser permissions for Talentspace to access your AV devices.

Problem

You are trying to enter one of the program points with full video and audio capabilities but you are being blocked.

Overview

Solution 1: Use prompts to grant Talentspace access 🎥

Google Chrome:

  • Locate the video camera icon on the right side in the URL bar, click on it and a dropdown option should appear. Ensure that your camera and microphone have been enabled for app.talentspace.io.
