Learn about a couple of options to try when you are faced with a "Registration failed" or a "500" or "404" error message.

Problem 1

You are faced with a '500' or '404' error message.

Solution 1: Try refreshing or restarting your browser.

Solution 2: Try singing out of your Talentspace account and signing back in.

Solution 3: Try opening Talentspace in an incognito or a private window.

Solution 4: Try restarting your computer.

Solution 5: If none of the above resolves the error, please contact us via the chat at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Read more about how to get support from Talentspace here.

Problem 2

You are trying to register on the Talentspace platform but are faced with the message "Registration failed"

A "Registration failed" error could mean that you've already created a Talentspace profile unknowingly - and that is why you're unable to register once more with the same e-mail address.

You can resolve this issue by logging in instead. If you cannot remember your password, please use the password reset function here.
