You are faced with a '500' or '404' error message.

Solution

Solution 1: Try refreshing or restarting your browser.

Solution 2: Try singing out of your Talentspace account and signing back in.

Solution 3: Try opening Talentspace in an incognito or a private window.

Solution 4: Try restarting your computer.

Problem 2

You are trying to register on the Talentspace platform but are faced with the message "Registration failed"

Solution

A "Registration failed" error could mean that you've already created a Talentspace profile unknowingly - and that is why you're unable to register once more with the same e-mail address.

You can resolve this issue by logging in instead. If you cannot remember your password, please use the password reset function here.
