To get to the help center, you can simply click here. If you are entering through the platform, you can either hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of your account and select "Help Center", or scroll down to the "Other Resources" section in the lobby of your event.

If none of our articles helped you solve the issue, you can reach out to our technical support team and we will help you out.

To contact us, you can use the chat function by clicking on the speech bubble icon 💬 in the bottom right corner, or again by going to the "Other Resources" section in the event lobby.
